National Training — One Core Process
Learn the Process. Apply It in Your State.
Real estate contracts, forms, deadlines, laws, and brokerage procedures vary by state.
Rather than teaching one state's system as though it applies everywhere, the National Transaction Coordinator Certificate Program focuses on the core systems and principles of transaction coordination that can be adapted to different real estate markets.
You'll learn how to:
Review a transaction for important information
Set up and organize a transaction file
Identify and track important dates and deadlines
Create a contingency schedule
Track earnest money and escrow
Coordinate inspections, financing, appraisal, title, and closing
Maintain transaction documentation
Communicate with transaction participants
Prepare files for closing
Perform transaction file audits
Follow a transaction from contract to close
How We Use Real Estate Contracts
Florida Forms Are Used for Training & Practice
Throughout the program, Florida residential real estate forms and sample transactions are used for practical demonstrations, exercises, and assignments.
Using a consistent set of forms allows students to practice reviewing contracts, identifying important information, calculating and tracking deadlines, creating contingency schedules, and following a transaction through the contract-to-close process.
The program does not teach Florida contracts as a universal contract system.
Instead, you are learning how to approach, organize, review, and coordinate a transaction so that you can apply the same core TC processes when working with the contracts and forms used in your state.
Important: Real estate forms, laws, licensing requirements, brokerage policies, and transaction procedures vary by state. Transaction Coordinators are responsible for learning and following the requirements applicable to the state and brokerage in which they work.
